Happily Ever After

I am the princess
Stuck in the tower
You sit on the ground
So we can talk for an hour
I am that princess
That slept and slept
You were the one
Who's kiss revived me which I'll never forget
Yes, I am that damsel
Who bit into the apple
And when I awoke to your loving face
We wed in the chapel
I am that princess
Who was the fox under the lion's rule
You were Robin
Who made the king look like a fool
I was that very same princess
Who wished I had legs
I went to the sea witch
And begged and begged
I met you on the shore
With no voice
But we still fell in love
Though you had another choice
Each story ends happily
Just like mine
I am the princess
And you are the prince
Who rescues me when I'm in distress
And for that I give you a kiss
Not all stories end happliy
I'm lucky mine did
I knew it would for when we met
My heart did not forbid
Just so we could live
Happily Ever After
