Bleed My Sweet Darling

by Jonathan Smith   Mar 31, 2007

Angry and scarring
Quiet but powerful
You stare at me with those doe like eyes
Your mouth curved into a sneer
Yet you never say a word
You only glare
just another way to torture me

I want you to bleed bleed my sweet darling
Bleed it out and let it all out
Sharpen your knife and plunge it into me
As you say It will all be over soon

Heart racing, Blood pumping
Unsure of what to do
Running and gasping
Before your heart stops
And through all of this confusion
I'm sure you'll remember me

You've made me bleed , bleed my sweet darling
Ive bled it out and let it out
You sharpened your knife and plunged it into me
And told me It will be over now

You take one last look
At the damage you've caused
turned away as you always do
Never wasting a word on me
Never wasting a thought on me
But I'm sure you wont let me be in peace now
