To The One Who Has My Heart

by TaNyabAbEE   Apr 1, 2007

I love the way you look at me,
my love for you is like the sea.
Flowing freely across the land,
I want you only as MY man.
To feel your love is not enough,
I want your heart, I want your love.
I don't care how long it takes,
let's go camping out on the lake.
Where we'll lay beneath the stars,
you'll feel my love, who cares how far?
And when I pass you in the hall,
my heartbeat slips, I start to fall.
All day long I'll think of you,
do you feel the same way too?
Get back to me, oh so soon,
or my love, perhaps you'll lose.

Done as a secret admirer for a friend, to mess with his mind. Happened pretty well too. He actually thought there was a person who wrote him a poem and was in love with him. Pretty funny when he found it was us. He wasn't mad though. Let me know what you think. Thanks!!!
