My trust?

My trust is very seldom
it is barely ever found
my secrets stay in my head
spinning around and around.
i want to tell people
but somehow i just can't
if i try to talk to others
i just ramble in a rant.
but there is some people i can trust
actually there is two
one i hate and one i love
one is me and one is you.
