My thoughts, dreams, and hopes
blowing away in the wind
waiting for someone to catch them
though i doubt anyone will

i see as though another
looking upon myself
seeing my own life
though another's eyes

don't agree with me
i beg of you, please!
nothing i do is right
this life of a nobody

help me understand
my mind can't go that far
teach me what to do
this nobody doesn't know

do you see me here?
does my hurt show through?
can't you acknowledge
this nobody standing here?

I'm not a real person
I'm a robot created
to follow every order
and obey every command

you tell me how to dress
my hair is by another
i must follow your rules
i treat you like my master

i hate this nobody!
this man-made robot
stealing my life
I'm forgetting who i am!

please change this thing
this evil nobody
one day it will die
and take the real me with it
