I've cried so many,
Tears over you.
I've written countless words,
To help me get through.

And everything there,
It's never enough.
The moments pass...
It's just too tough.

I can't talk,
So I hide.
All I feel,
I keep it inside.

Then weep at night,
Cry it all away.
They don't know,
And that is ok.

I badly miss you,
Can't let it show.
Need you here,
Can't let you go.

And I listen,
As time goes by.
I watch silently,
And wonder why.

And I whisper,
Questions into the night.
I say your name,
As if it's all right.

But I can't see you,
Like I could before.
I can't hear you,
Or talk to you anymore.

And I need you,
I don’t know where to go.
I’m lost without you,
I wish you were still at home.
