Hospital

Lights are flashing all around
Sirens going off in my ears
Bodies lying everywhere
The sky is black

I hear my name and try to answer
But nothing comes out
I try to move
But I'm stuck

I open my eyes
Now its quiet
Everything is white
I now realize I'm in the hospital

Not knowing what happened
I lay in pain
Searching for an answer
Trying to remember

Here comes a short blond man
I say I'm sorry for what ever I did
He just sits there
I ask him what
He says "I'm so sorry"
And now I'm scared

What happened what did I do
You did nothing
Was all he could say
He walks out as a young lady walks in

"I should have known better
I shouldn't have let you go
I knew he was drunk
But I said no"

"Your boyfriend is dead
He hit your family"

My eyes tear up
And I say its not true
They are coming for me I know
Thats when I remember

Laying on the pavement
Looking all around
Then in his eyes
He said "I'm sorry but I love you"
And the life left his cold body

A note in his hand saying
"I want to be with you forever
Since we met that night in the hospital"
