Why is it?

Why is it when you say you don't like me anymore ..but you still care what i say and do around other people?

why is it when i see you around other people you freak out but i don't? why is it when i look around you always seem to look straight at me?

why is it when i talk and laugh you close your eyes to remember what you always said that you would remember?

why is it when i ask are you happy now?... you look at me and say no not no more.. or when i ask how you doing?.. you say I'm confused..hurt...or i don't want to talk about it?

why is it when you say you would never hurt me you go and break my heart right into two..?.. when you know it kills me even more?

why is it that you like it when i whisper to you? why is ti when you say you are going to love me... that you know its not even close to being true?

why is it that i wasted all my time on you?... and you didn't even care?.. why is it that you call me beautiful?

why is it when i sing the same song that we were dancing to you start to cry? why is it when i say i wouldn't care if i died, that you still get mad at me?

why is it when i see you.. you do the same faces that i use to love about you? why is it when i sit by you that you want to hold my hand and just stare at me?

why is it when you make noises i want to just hit you and tell you stop it?.. and you look at me and say "what"?

why is it when i don't like you no more... you love me just as much?

why is it when i love you, you don't want to hear it?
why is it when i wake up tears drops fall down like rain?

why is it that i remember that song that i was singing to you on the phone? and you say you were "just listening to my beautiful"?

why is it when you are with your girlfriend you sit there and pretend that I'm not there? but when she isn't there you sit and stare at me just like you did when you were going out?!

but i know how to guard my heart now .. once your gone and she leaves you.. don't be coming back to me you killed me twice and i wont let you do it again!
