New Day

by Rattlehead   Apr 9, 2007

Let the sun shine upon the window ceil a new day is born. What gifts shall this day bring I don't know. As the clouds move in the sky will they block the sun or just pass by. What trouble will come when the hands of time move and life's uncertainties come into play? Like a game of chess the right moves will win you the game so will the right decisions make your day good. Hearing the noise of the wind blowing in the trees and the songs of the singing birds perched in them creating a melody for the green plains I lay upon. As the water shines and reflects the scenery like as if another world of beauty with the pureness of heaven a house upon the plains and lake of an uncharted land. A day of peace surrounded by rolling hills and an ever blue sky with a golden shining sun. Emerald green grass with the smell of sweet dew of yesterday's rain. As the sun sets in the west hiding behind the hills letting the stars come out and letting the moon illuminate the land in a silver blue gleam. The moon and the stars wait for the arrival of the sun to start another day.
