The Lady on the Distant Receptacle

by Rica   Apr 10, 2007

It commenced in the factory of the finest words
Where all are striving to raise their merit swords
And there you are observing with your meaningful eyes
From your humble seat you smile like daisies seemed worthwhile

Shakespeare can do poignant tales for you
Potter may perform magic amazing you
Aga can ask a date just for two
But only you this poem can show your beauty, oh so true!

A majority can say, She's not that significant?
Because all of them are full of insidious defiant
But I glanced your Elysium full of roses
And I am a witness to all of your verses

It's simplicity that conquers a giant
And you have that turns me into a savant
Your senses peltering me on the powers of the radiant
Yet a king would be glad just to be your servant

The great opportunity has passed me by
On the time you had waited on the rendezvous
We thought everything was just a concerted lie
Until we learned that it was just an error in tie

From then on, I dreamed of a precious girl
That wears glasses in lieu of the class
I beseech thee to be surreal
To touch her in center of the masses

Id always try to reach her but the frame is not wide open
Yet for me she's a lady who's laughter are not swollen

I wish someday that I could be a VISITA
To the fiesta of a beautiful town named Teodorica
From the reigns of Asians to Latino Filipino
I will sing in chorus: O Rica ole Rica!
