Every night i seem to cry
my mum always asks me "why"?
if you only knew the pain and hurt
you knew i loved you with all my heart
but why did you push me away?
if you didn't love me
then why did our relationship start?
you picked me up
then threw me in the dirt
when all i wanted was for you to stay
i guess the only thing i can do is pray
pray that one day
