Christmas Eve

by Wallace   Apr 13, 2007

Tonight is that night
Oh yes, Christmas Eve
So much joy around
You wouldn't believe

And as the moon starts to rise
And the children go to bed
As silence passes over
Everything seems dead

But out of nowhere
There is a noise
Somebody is coming
Bringing gifts of toys

Slowly and quietly
He drops on your roof
Then he is in your house
In just a poof

He slithers around
And finds the milk and cookies
Then he leaves the gifts
And all the goodies

Then he climbs up the chimney
And back in his sleigh
"HO HO HO
Merry Christmas!" he says

How do I know this?
Don't ask me
But merry Christmas to all
And goodnight to thee
