When You're Invisible

by Daz Mellow   Apr 14, 2007

No one cares if yell at them.
No one cares if you pushed them away.
No one cares for you at all.
When you're invisible.

They look right through you,
When you're looking at them.

They walk right through you,
When you're walking to them.

They can push you down,
And walk away without a second thought.

Try to speak up.
Try to reach out.
Try to do everything,
To be seen and heard.

Like a child no one believes.
Like a fairy tale character,
No one believe even exists.
Like the blowing wind,
No one really remembers.

It's hard to live your life,
It's hard to be normal.
When no one knows you're alive.
When no one knows who you are.
When you're invisible.

Awww. This poem made me sad.
    It's so true though. Excellent.
