Outspoken

by broken wings   Apr 15, 2007

She falls alone again
and she looks at his lonely face
she wants to see him smile again
she wants to feel his embrace

she wants him to know
how he loves is nothing close
to anything less than happiness

he sees her through the window
her eyeliner is smeared, though
he knows he never felt this happiness

he feels his heart beat
and he knows
she looks into his eyes
and it really shows

this love is drowned
but the hearts are still bleeding
and the longing is there
and the pulse is still beating

this love is real
and tear stained and broken
but the lips touch
and now death is outspoken
