Ill be good enough...

Ill starve til you see my ribs.
ill lie to you with my oh so many fibs.
I'm not perfect, and i may be a little insane.
I'm a horrible person and it's a shame.

i try so hard to be good enough for just one person, myself.
no one else...
i work out til I'm in pain and my whole body aches.
believe what you want, I'm just another fake...

for me there is no "TRY" there is only "DO".
and trust me ill "do" whatever it takes too.
ill be smaller than my shoe size.
just wait and see, all it takes is a little exercise.

today i ran five miles.
tomorrow ill run that extra mile.
ill do whatever it takes, to get where i want to be.
just you wait and see.

ill be good enough for myself...
no one else...
you can look at me however you want.
i don't care; i despise your fat and all of your little taunts.

ill do whats good for me,
and with a sigh i simply breathe...
ill be good enough for me;
