Voices louder then my radio,
bellowing over a sweet melody,
trying to imagine I'm somewhere else,
anywhere but here,
so maybe the tears wont fall,
i wont feel so alone anymore,
breathing becomes harder,
focus and ill be OK,
just breathe i tell myself,
then everything goes numb,
i cant feel the tears on my cheeks,
i cant hear the yelling,
i cant feel a thing,
but the blade on my skin,
the blood dripping,
silently telling me,
I'm still alive,

so just breathe.
