How I Fealt

by Chris Robins   Apr 18, 2007

Growing up my childhood was straight ruff
walking around with a "9"peace an sniffin on that white
stuff until I had enof to make me high as a kite
to get away from this place so called life
cause my world been spin'in like a 3weeld bike
suppose to fall on family but it feels like I fell on a spike
worrying if i might kill my dad if he walk in my site
cause every time we meet up all we seem to do
is brutally argue an fight i wont to pull out the knife
an turn off his lights take his body some were
an throw it in the mist of the night
well thats how I use to feel before i Had God in
my life now i think things throw once than twice
it feels nice having control over your life to
do things right is the right way to go an now u
know WATS been in my head since i was 4o an i well
fever regret so just pray for me i need all that i can
get.

"to get away from this place so called life"

I think when you get to this point in life where you seem to be in the gutter life isnt all its cracked up to be. You start to notice alot more negative things about it. Everyone feels at times that they want to escape, that they want to run away and leave the world behind. I sure know I've felt that way. Eventually the bad things pass, there seems to be a light at the end of every tunnel somehow, just somehow. Really loved this poem. Take Care
