The Distance Of Love

Eyes as bright as the sun's light
Fire within an intense blaze
I close my eyes, you're still in sight
Your memory will never fade.

Within my heart I keep you dear
Your beauty perfection to me
With me near you have nothing to fear
Though through my eyes you cannot see

If there's anything in the world
That I can do for you
You know I'll give it a whirl
For you everything I'd lose.

Only now inside my mind
Your face is so clear
I do wish that I could find
You here without a tear.

Unfortunate for me it seems
That you I cannot see
Although it is distance that deems
This painful atrocity.

Anything that I would do is unlimited
