My Promise To You

Lets go and walk on a beach...
A beach where we dont worry...
A beach where its only you and me...
Both with smiles on our face
because we have each other.

The feeling of your arms around me
The feeling of safety overcomming me...
The feeling of happiness
Where no one can disturb us
Nor end this little world of ours.

The look in your eyes
When you tell me you love me
And the feeling in my heart
When I make you that promise
To never leave you again.

The idea of never having to worry
About another soul
The idea of being able
To spend the rest of my life with you
And of my lips against yours.

My heart stops completely...
My words become fluttered...
And I skip a breath...
Only because...
I get to see you.

I promise to love you...
I promise to stay in your arms...
I promice to always miss you
When your gone
And I promise to keep every promise I make you
