A Love Story: Part Two

by XSugarSexSuicideX   Apr 23, 2007

Maybe being stubborn
Isn't so smart at all,
But I don't want to let go,
Don't want to take the fall.
For everything I've ever done,
After all that I've been through,
The advice you give is always right,
I've always looked up to you.
But even when it hurts so bad,
And I want to just give in,
The love that we have for all of us
Is more blessing than sin.
They want me to give up on
Everyone and everything,
Instead of laying down and taking it,
I'll fight on, and I will win.
Don't tell me to give up,
I need you on my side,
I have to hide my fears for now,
Otherwise I've all but died.
Thank you for your great advice,
But I'll stay stubborn 'till the end,
The joy remains, the pain will ease,
As long as I have you as a friend.

    Being stubborn is foolish
    At least we both agree
But now that I look harder
Theres alot more that I see
If anyone can make it work
    It is definitely you, dear
    And you shouldn't worry
You know I'll always be here
    This friendship we have
    The memories we've made
    Will stay in our hearts
    They just cannot fade
    I'm always by your side
Of that there is no doubt
    Afterall, isn't this
    What friendship is about?
    Staying by one another
    Thoughout it all
    Never simply allowing
The other to take a fall.
    :)
    Love you forever Rix.
