Even after I die.*

He has no idea what he's put her through
all the things he's promised
never seem to come true
and she can't take it anymore
but she can't seem to let him go
just to watch him walk out that door
and to think she still thinks he glows

she thinks its all so clear
she has it all planned out
she'll only shed one tear
then it'll all be figured out
she'll write down. . .
all the things they had
all the things they shared
and what they could have become
only if he cared

she'll slowly watch it burn
watching her life completely die out
then calmly write another note
tape a picture and set it beside her

she tells herself he won't miss her
she'll only feel some pain
then everything will end
and be the same before she came.
