Ignorance of drugs

Why is it better than me, why is it taking my place
how come your happiness is produced by drugs instead of seeing my face? do you like being numb to every emotions you encounter? it must be nice ignoring everything around you hour after hour.

its as important to you as the oxygen you breathe
its no longer something you want but now its something you need we've lost so much time that you wasted away smoking weed is this all thats left of you, is this all your ever going to be?

my tears are all dry now and my engery is finally spent
if your happiness had a price id pay every last cent
but i cant buy you back sadly life doesnt work that way
if this is what your life is now im sorry but i just cant stay

the day you started smoking was the day you made your bed you've still never kept a single word you've ever said im so tired of waiting for you to finally choose

maybe one day you'll wake up and finally realize
i was only trying to help you and not to criticize
until that day comes your alone in your ignorant bliss
and if you never sober up then you'll just be someone i miss.
