Don't

by bubbles2424   Apr 29, 2007

Don't turn back
you might see
the thousandth tear fall, and you might
hear my footsteps echo in the night.

Don't call my name
I won't run back into your arms
I'm not the person I used to be
I'm colder and all alone

Don't love me
It'd waste your time because
I do not love you. Ever since you
Spoke the evil from your lips

Don't think of me
I'm dead to you
and my cold and restless soul
will never return to your world.

Don't cry for me
your tears are just pathetic and
non-sympathetic. You don't need me
You just think you do.

Don't reach out to me
I'll deny the help you try to supply
I'll turn away in anger, when
really it is fear.

Don't waste your breath for me
I decided not to listen
I'm tired of being hurt
when really all I did was care.

Showed real emotions and so touching..but i have to say about a thing that breaks the flow scheme

    Don't turn back
    you might see
the thousandth tear fall, and you might
hear my footsteps echo in the night.

My suggestion for you is to make lines length almost similar..cos it affects flow so much
Other than that a really good masterpiece
    Keep it up
    Sincerely,
    Laura
