Let's just hope things end happily.
You're always catching me at the wrong times.
You'll see me doing something stupid or pathetic.
And I just want to go up to you and say,
"I don't do things like this or behave this way."
But I guess that's not fully true, because
everything I seem to do is hectic.
Butterflies in my stomach,
a chill up my spine,
or a sudden rush through my body.
Every time you're near me, I lose my mind.
Tons of people are adjacent to or around you.
But, you're the only one I see.
You're the only one that brings a spark to my eye.
But what I want to know is. . . Do you see me?
