Guilty

by Stitch   May 8, 2007

Quietly melt the sun in the mirror. You give me that silent look and a smirk I can't decipher. Turn your focus back to the long dark path ahead. Leave the bodies by the edge and fly free from gravity. We're nearly there, a bouncing forest complete with melodic diamonds leering over us. The air escapes in heavy clumps, but my chest feels light as I choke on the purity of it all. I don't mind the chill if you just hold tight. Lets hide here forever. Are you as guilty as I am?
