We must act now!!!!!!!!!!

Im running as fast as i can
just to get away
i will do anything
just to escape

to escape this world
and the hell trapped inside
we can run
but we can not hide

we have to face
the horros what we have created
many things so devastating
many traps been set, bated

why is our world like this?
Why are we so cruel?
What drove us to perform such evil acts
that mankind and others must endure?

Why did we do this?
is this our fate?
for some humans to be boxed
and shipped off in a crate

its inhumane
this is just not right
when will people stop accepting this torture?
and stand up and fight>?

Its time for a change
to preserve our Earth
We are killing it letting it die
but it provided us with birth

weve lived off this earth
for thousands of years
now suddenly our temperature is rising, theres a drought
and so much fear

Why are we not concerned
But why are we so afraid?
We continue living our lives
as if its always been the same

its dramatically changing
everone has forgot
how small of a spec we are in this universe
no larger than a dot

we are so small
yet have the potential to do so much more
why are we murdering ourselves, animals and the Earth?
everyone chooses to ignore

No one cares
that we will be the cause of our own death
at the rate we are going.
No this is not a threat

Its going to happen
if we dont make a change
we have to stand up for the human race
hide our fears and be brave

we must do this to live
and make people drive
that what we must change
to even survive

so please make a change in how you live
so your children can be around
to see the beauty of our Earth
not let it die, to be sound

we only have one chance
and we must act quick
the future of our human race
will head to the pits

please take the time
to see how serious this is
if no one else will lead
then i will

im going to make sure
theres something for my children to see
not to depend upon
the pictures of me

there will be a difference made
but we must all act now
the future is in our hands
