I remember fun days at the park
snow cones, balloons, balls, swings, poeple
everyone running, jumping, laughing,
me sitting on the swing getting ready to jump off into sand.
I remember watching kids ride bikes
two wheelers, three wheelers, big wheelers
even with training wheels
me peddling my first time without training wheels
I remember sports games
basketball, football, wreasteling
people having fun
me looking out into the crowd...
I remember searching
looking everywhere
at tall and short people but
you wernt anywhere
where were you dad?
