Why do people discriminate?
looking down on people they'll never truly know
you always hear people are equal but with the newest generation that doesn't seem to be real..
so what if someones Arabic? Asian? White? Or Black? Even Mexican?
isn't in our blood to be proud of who we are?
so who are we to diss other people just because we're insecure
what happened to loving our homies? our brothers?
someone once told me
welcome to the world where being yourself just isn't enough
i laughed but when i looked around i saw people forgetting who they are
you hear black people going "nigger"
Asians forgetting there own native language
Mexicans forgetting their roots
white people trying to be something there not
and through all this we STILL have issues with one another
lets stop the hating for one second
remember we were taught equality
no ones lower than the next person
we're all just human
if the drive bys wont stop
the racial digs at one another wont cease
gender walls blocking someone from succeeding
then lets stop the hate for just one second
