With Lace

by porcelain   May 13, 2007

Couldn't imagine any place
that I'd rather be with you
As you tied me up with lace
and untied me when we were through

white lace doesn't hide the cuts
and it doesn't really absorb the blood
i imagine all the times we touched
and it's with these emotions i flood

and as white flowers turn to crimson
looking as though they're bleeding too
they see that you were my one
and they won't let me forget you

i'm bleeding one last time
lying on my bed
with white lace wings i'll fly
and it's to the dark i've fled
