Dad

by Ron   May 13, 2007

You make me feel happy inside when I am sad
You love me and I love you more than oozy, cheesy pizza

Your smile is the size of the Grand Canyon

When I look at where you point in the sky
I am amazed for there is always a surprise

I would like to give you a waterfall full of love
with a rainbow across the greenest forrest
And even that wouldn't pay for all that you do

Maybe I'll just get you a rock from the river bed
and paint it with your favorite colors
Maybe I'll write you a song, do my homework,
and make you proud

Somehow I know you already are proud
even when all I have done is tie my shoes,
brush my teeth, and gone to school

Thank you dad for being mine

Love,

Your son
