ORANGE

It was the image of the sunset
flickering in your eyes.
The golden streaks of light
trapped in your hair.
The earry sound
of your baritone voice.
The sparkle of sweat
falling down your cheeks.
The hue of the sun's rays
that gently erased your shadow,
as you walked away.

And it was the blurry picture of the television,
being distorted by tears.
