My Self Blooms, Along With the World

by sibyllene   May 17, 2007

My self blooms
along with the world!
My spirit rises with
the fresh, lush growing of the grass,
my thoughts in happy disarray,
in a million strands of emerald, softly ruffled.
My eyes are opened against
the grand, sweet arch of the sky,
exactly the color of love remembered
and renewed.
My heart unfurls as softly
but as vividly
as these blossoms-
it is not perfect, my heart; some petals
are loosed, but still
against this lovely setting
it can shine.
To you, my love, this song is written
on the elusive pallete of the sparkling air,
etched with the shining pen of sunbeams,
and my smile.

This lovely piece have totally taken my breath away...

It was undeniably beautiful, Ms. Sibyl. I could never find the right words to descibe its brilliance. The way you weave your words in such a classy manner along with its natural vividness and graceful tone fascinates me exceedingly. The ending 4 lines certainly brought a smile on my face :).

    Thank you for sharing!

    Take care,
