Lets paint a picture
Of what we were supposed to be
I left him for you

We were the most perfect mistake
We were all that we could be
But when you were with her
Were you even thinking of me?

You told me you were drunk
But that's no excuse
When you said you loved me
I thought it was the truth

I took you back four times
And each time was a mistake
I just wish I could have seen sooner
That your love was fake

If you meant all that you said
You never would have done what you did

When you ask a girl to marry you
