Forgotten

by Beautiful Chaos   May 22, 2007

Where could it have gone?
It's something everyday,
I think I'd lose my mind,
If it wasn't tucked away.

My laundry's three socks short,
Pens just disappear,
And where the hells my purse,
I thought I set it here!

Forgotten just last week,
I found my favorite hat,
But keys are what I'm needing,
Where could they be at?

My purse is by the front door,
Where I set it down,
The house keys are not in there,
They have to be around.

I think to check my pockets,
And feel like such a jerk,
Had them this whole time,
I think I'm late for work.

Hilarious. What a cute read. I think I go through this every morning. I enjoyed reading something funny from you as most of your writes are far more on the serious side. This was pleasant and entertaining.
    Great Job,
