Riding

by Angel in moonlight   May 23, 2007

As I jump on a Harley Davidson bike my heart pounds with excitement because I know as soon as it starts up the sound will be music to my ears.
When I'm on the Harley my smile never disappears.
I love to hear her thunder as I get ready to take her for a ride.
I love feeling my hair blowing in the wind, there's no way to express how good riding makes me feel inside.
She takes me to the places I want to go, she also takes me places that her and I have never known.
You can say our relationship has grown.
Though she is not all mine I love her anyways.
In my thoughts she always stays.
I day dream of riding her over the country hills, across the bridges where a river lies beneath.
Then we ride into town and I show just how proud I am to ride such a beautiful motorcycle like her.
People stop to stare and listen to her purr.
She belongs to my boyfriend but we like to share.
We make sure everything works on her because we both truly care.
