Would it make it easier,
If I say I hate you?
Would you feel bad,
Or would you hate me too?

I don't really hate you,
That's actually a lie,
But maybe if I pretend to hate you,
I won't have to cry,

Though if I do say that,
My heart would be broken,
Then I'll disappear,
My true feelings never spoken.
