Why did you have to go
now i have feelings
that is hard for me to show

I'm the strong
and I'm the weak
I've put on this act for way to long

i cant cry
i have the shoulder
all the expressions- are all a lie

i need someone now
and to listen
to understand how

why did you have to leave
it took away all my faith
i don't know what to believe

i never let my feelings show
now its harder to tell
and no one really knows

so please lend me your ear
or even your shoulder
and listen to what i have to say so dear
