Suffering of Love

Lets keep what we have

the honest feelings, within tact

your soothing words are like a salve

healing wounds as if by contact

i don't understand why cant you see?

why cant you understand?

that it is you that i need beside me

there to hold my hand

your like a drug I've always wanted to try

but i never had the chance

so now I'm hiding all these artificial emotions

making believe there is no romance

but i cant stand the thought

of not indulging into this fantasy

so now i weigh my options

and try to make you see

that when our eyes meet

you steal my heart

but when you looks away

i start to fall apart

I've tried to tell you

but the words were just to hard to find

I'm always always thinking about you

you are always on my mind

there were times when i wanted to kiss you

but something told me "no"

i want to hold you forever

but i just keep letting go

so now i sit here and suffer

in this big mistake

making everything difficult

by pretending that my love for you is fake
