No fear

by Israfel   May 26, 2007

Sweet death does burry me
beneath the stones and sands
as time stand still, and comes to pass
the lies that cross the land

The crimson glow of rain
as blood red skies do fall
and people scream in pain
Oh the shame of it all

The hollow fear does follow me
throughout my tired days
Torturing my hopeless soul
in new and wicked ways

There will be no surrender
for it loves to watch you suffer
within the darkness of your mind
making each day that much tougher

After pleasure is certain death
how sweet the sounds of dying
When night does come and swallow you
When you’re just tired of trying

No fear is here to kill you
so lie still and let it spill your blood
Perhaps it will leave alone
all those that you love

It will take everything from you
everything that means anything
as it waits here in there dark

Waiting for you to close your eyes
Waiting for you to be afraid
