Waves

by christine   May 26, 2007

The waves are crashing down,
Slapping you on the back.
Your lips form a frown,
But you do not make a sound.

Your rage is acting up.
Your eyes start to water.
Your emotions start to swell
Just like the waves coming down.

You fall under water,
And you don't fight to come up.
The whistles start to blow.
The boats are coming out.

They're heading your way.
But in the oceans where you'll stay.

The house is full of sobs.
All people dressed in black.

You run over to your mother,
but she doesn't bother.
