Darkness

by Marissa   May 26, 2007

I sit in the corner thinking about yesterday,
i fold my hands together and begin to pray,
dirty deeds were done,
never of us had one,
the room is getting smaller,
thinking back to when you call him an 'effer,
dark is setting in,
light is getting thin,
naked under your clothes,
you hate your life it blows,
nothing to do but cry,
everything you once knew is now a lie
the light has forever gone,
he's standing by your window in your lawn,
his voice starts to fade,
you only wish you could have obeyed.
