So sure he made me cry,
'Cause of the things he did..
But did he mean to hurt me?
Maybe you're just the ones that lie.

What did his problems have to do with me?
His love is stronger than his mistakes,
I want to be one with him,
No matter what it takes.

I don't care what others think of him
Or what they think of me..
Let me see for myself..
Let us be.

So even though everyone is against it,
We're together again..
Nobody can take us apart..
Let us, follow our heart.

    Aptly so to speak, this is a cute poem. Prejudices and gossips certainly degrade a particular relationship as to what was mentioned in the poem. And, ah! yes, the ability to tolerate these trivialities is a plus. Other than that, it's a pretty good poem which shows quite a promising work when augmented. :)
