They say don`t fall in love
Guys play you like a toy
But today i felt something special
I felt something special for this boy

So what in the world do you want me to do?
Do I just lay back and watch him leave

That everyone lies and no one`s perfect

That remembering the past won`t help
But today i felt happiness from remembering
when i took that photo album off my shelf

So do i forget all that`s happened and pretend?
Do I forget the years I`ve laughed so hard?
Do i forget my family and friends?

They say don`t rely on anyone
That relying on people will make you weak
But today i felt i`ll die without my parents
That they gave me everything i ever seeked

They say to never lean on people`s shoulders
To look down on people, never up
So do i look down upon God and my parents?
Please do tell me, cause now i`m stuck

Should i listen to others and not my heart?
Should i do what others tell me to?
Who in the world gave them the right?
To make up the society rules?

They say to never do this or that
and I strongly feel that that`s unfair
Because everything needs a chance in life
