The cheating Wife

by Kristina   May 31, 2007

They are united by body and soul
There name is on paper
There story will be continued to be told

He gave her everything she ever wanted
He made her feel perfect in every way
He would thank his lord for such a wife
For she was the greatest part of his life

He left in the morning, full of happiness and glee
He kissed her on her for head, and started to leave
She whispered beneath her breath
You are a monster of death

She was not as perfect as she seemed
She did not love the man that was her husband
She loved a man of her past
He would come every morning and they would speak of love of righteous
She believed that her husband was an obstacle
That allowed her to be distant from her happiness
She spoke of anger and used words of hate
He would tell her time would take its place

He came home that night
To find the house as dark as night
He called his wife
And tried to turn on a light
He felt a figure approach him from behind
He shock with fright
She whispered do not be alert it is only your wife

That night
A man lay on a cold floor
In a darkened home
Of no light

That night
A man lay on a cold floor
Breathless
No life.
