Another dream gone wrong

I feel like you love my best friend
i thought forever would never end
but you turned away, you said you'd always stay
i just wanted to be with you every single day
guess forever isn't as long as it used to be
because you said that you'll always love me
when you left i cried all night
i thought that i would never again see daylight
when you told her "i love you" i broke into two
because you were in love with her and i was still in love with you
I'm not afraid to say that i love you
I'm just sitting here hoping one day you'll feel the same way too.
