What is Love?

How do you find the words
To express the emotion
That runs so deep in your veins?
How do you gesture the feeling
Of the internal fire
That warms the soul
And soothes the conscious?

To explain love in simple words
Is like reading Shakespeare
In simple syllables.
Useless and ineffective.
"I love You" stated,
But, what is love?
A bird, an ocean, a kiss, a flame?

Speak the word, Love-
Embrace the meaning deep within.
Butterflies swarm a vibrant belly
Runs away with your mind
Woos your frowns into smiles.
So say it, Love-
I love you.

i have no idea about this one. it's really not great. i have a ridiculously hard time writing about love ... i never seem to find the right words. this is a jumbled mess. forgive me.
