Sometimes

by Emm   Jun 1, 2007

When everything is breaking down,
Crumbling into dust,
Just turn around and face the fact,
That everything is just...
meant to fall apart.

Nothing withstands for to long,
Or so I've come to see,
Everything has crumbled down,
The next to go is me.

In time the scars will fade away,
The memories, the laughs.
Then all that's left is me,
And something I wished I had.

Time is slowly vanishing,
When I need it here the most,
The flies are eating at this lie,
Devouring their host.

How long could it have lasted?
This lie between two friends?
I'm sick of all the torture and pain,
So my pain will end.
