City Of The Anxious Society

by Timmy   Jun 2, 2007

If I were you, I would be slightly concerned
cause you are heading into the depths of no return
there's no returning back, in a city without hope
I feel for you, it mustn't be easy to cope
the men are lost, the women are afraid
the city is changing, into something people hate
but there's no point in returning back
the book's have already been thrown down the rack
Welcome to the city of the anxiety society

It's easy to fall
but hard to get up
even harder
when the pain won't stop

If I were you, I would just commit suicide
cause the pain is way too strong to hide
there's no returning back, in a city without hope
stop dreaming, you are one of thousinds in the carriere scope
the young ones are screaming, the children are crying
the silence is melting, the souls are dying
but there's no point in returning back
isn't it right, you already feel a lack?
Welcome to the city of the anxiety society

It's easy to fall
but hard to get up
even harder
when the pain won't stop

Welcome to the city of the anxiety society

Did you make it, were you in the pick?
Oh well it doesn't matter, you are already sick

A part of the anxiety society
