Another Mistake

by Cheyenne   Jun 3, 2007

How can it be?
You love me,
Yet you don't know me,
You care,
But you never ask,
You say I'm hot,
Yet you see right through me,
You don't know,
About my past.
Do you care enough to ask?
So before you continue,
You're hypocrisies,
Think before you say,
You love me.

Like guys before,
Too far, too fast.
I leave them, broken,
And they become my past.
Guy after guy,
The same mistakes.
Why is love unkind,
Just like fate.
I've been beaten and broken,
So many times,
Only to find another mistake.

My world crashes in,
I can't fix myself.
Just like old times,
A mess of mistakes,
That I can't erase.
History repeats itself.
All I can be is another mistake.
