Our War

What Kind Of Person Would I Be,
If You Didn't Stand Here Beside Me,
Would I Lose Myself In This Place;
If I Had To Live Without Your Embrace,

Would You Forget Me If I Turned Away
Would You Still Think Of Me From Day To Day,
If You Missed Me Would You Say It,
Or Would It Just Be To Hard To Admit,

If You Left Me I'm Sure I Would Die,
Cause I'm To Stubborn To Let You Say Goodbye;
And Without You I'd Suppress My Memories,
And Befriend My Most Hated Enemies

So Watch Me As I Slip From Your Grasp
And For Your Contaminated Air I'll Gasp
But Would I Fall On My Knee's In Pain,
Just So I Could See You Again

Because Inside We Both Know Its True
That I Need You And You Need Me Too
And To Act This Way Is How We Show Our Love
Or What You'd Call Lack Of

So We Live With Our Mistakes
Handling What We Know Are Heart Aches
Because Head Over Heels We Fall
And On Our Knee's We Crawl

Still To Get To You I'd Find A Way
Paving The Streets Night And Day
Cause Hand And Hand We Could Fight A War
Just To Show Were Worth Fighting For
